Website is used by the CMS called Azer CMS. It is using the worgen theme and the server is WOTLK. They have no logo at all. It's just PRIVATE SERVER as the banner.

Forum:
They have NO forum. Nothing to review here.

Server:
They do NOT have an anti-hack. The only good thing here, is it's lag free.

Staff:
If you are going to work here, BEWARE! The owner (Ashley) has NOT played WoW, she gave a rogue custom weapon spell power. She will NOT give you time to type nor go to the bathroom. She will just tell you "Fix it NOW!" That's it. She knows NOTHING about WoW, she has her staff do everything. Also, if you say her server sucks, she will say she's contacting her lawyer and suing you. But, the thing is, they would drop the case because she owns a private server which is ILLEGAL!

I do not recommend this server if you want a server that has friendly staff.

she has any ts3 server IP or sth like this ?

btw she could be new on the emu scene and maybe she dont know how to handle it if some1 give her feedback ^^ every1 was a noob at beginning

y private servers are not illegal if they dont act like blizzard. so taking monthly money from them etc. i got lucky cause i am living in germany and here the rules of blizzard have no effect ^^ ... and hey let's cooldown and dont cry about this server ^^

You guys are little wrong there. Private servers are illegal the second you use their DBC for your server. However the laws changes from country to country. So they can be legal but in most of them they are illegal due to you use their files like DBC and so on which is like stealing etc. So Gamer1 isn't wrong on that part. However she won't get anything by suing because hosting a private server is illegal while I can't see the big issue with reviews. So I doubt she have any case there. Even if she lives in a country where they aren't illegal she won't be able to sue someone for reviewing since I doubt they would make a case for reviews if even private server is legal.

in germany blizzards is the eula of blizzard not effective. thats the mainreason why the most european server and american server are hostet on german roots... u ust have to look at the teamspeak 3 server locations. its almost the root of the wow server

Well that may be true. I don't live in germany so can't say much there :P I also agree on the second part about that's one of the reasons why most people host it from a country where it's not effective.

However saying private servers aren't illegal is not the right formulation, since it is different from each country. Funny part is I read a thread about this illegal thing once, and it turned into a huge flame war without end. The best you can say is check it with lawyers or someone else from your own country that should know those stuffs that's the best way to do it. Because private server is both legal and illegal depending on where you are from.

btw the next point with blizzards datas: the dbc are just the client infos. its of course able to work without them. but the database of the servers are not the databases of blizzard. they are sniffed datas of course y but not in the same formation like blizz. an example : warden anitcheat system. its part of blizzards anticheat software so i warn every time users of warden about the risks. i am sure trinity has his reasons why they dont add warden and work with dbc.
