request arcemu custom class creator and race creator

i think it would be cool to have a custom class and race creator for my arcemu server is it possible for somone to create a program that can do this ?

What do you mean with Custom Class and Race ?
Create a Own Creature with a own class like druid ( But a own ) ?

like if i was to make a class like demon class or demon race that u can shoose and play as

I'm sorry, but there is no such thing.
And to make one ( don't know if it works ) but if it should work it would take ages to script and i think it woulden't work anyways.
it's to advanced.
