Something small I whipped up just a little bit ago, it checks all the essential ports for ArcEmu, as well as the non-essential ones (voice chat and Apache). It also parses an XML file that contains a list of ports for all of your realms so you don't have to check those by hand either. The file is called realms.xml and has to be in the same directory as the application, the file is commented as well so you will know how to add more realms.

In all actuality this tool is for the lazy who don't want to check 10+ ports with an online port tester, and you can see what ports aren't open if there are connection problems. The port checker is a relatively simple application, and took under 2 hours, it's been tested and I didn't find any issues but if you find an error report it here with the error info and I'll fix it.

Also, if anyone wants the code I can put it on pastebin, it's written in C#.
