I have run a private wow server in the past, I have the hardware and the funds to do it again so I'd like to begin recruitment of a team for the setup, management and continuing updating of a fantastic server.

One of the common themes I see with most private servers is that they lack discipline. Moderators and GMs are constantly giving out items, rewards and bonuses to their favorite players. I'd like for this server to be 100% clean and free from issues like that. I want a good team with knowledgeable players who want to build the best private wow server out there. I don't want someone who just wants to play on the server and goof around with their friends. I am looking for people for the following positions:

- Admins (2): People who are able to do any (or all) of the following: website design, skyfire database management, linux server management, c++ programming, advertising (not talking about forum posting, I mean actual paid advertising or youtube advertising)...
- GMs (4): People who are extremely familiar with the game, have been around probably since Vanilla and understand how most if not all of the server commands and systems work. Programming, design, etc... is a plus but isn't necessary.
- Moderators (6 - 8): Knowledgeable people who know their way around the game, know how most things work and have a decent understanding of server commands.
- Leaders (99+): People who want to start on a fresh server, be the best and get to know everyone... people who want to build a community, but have no desire to help maintain the actual systems to keep the game going. People who want to care about the server and lead people on it and help them out.

Basic Premise: To prevent Mods/GMs/Admins from interfering or making decisions based on favoritism commands issued will be logged along with a brief 3 - 10 word description of why the command was issued. Obviously this doesn't apply to teleport commands or commands that have no major impact on the players, only commands such as .give etc...

Dalaran: While I strive to ensure that the game is as close to blizzard's version, I don't agree with the removal of the portals from dalaran, so we may add the portals again.

Voting: I'd like to give 10g per day users vote on our site. It isn't a large amount, but to players just starting out it could help them get into the habbit. I hate the idea of forcing people to vote, but in order for our server to be popular people must vote. We might offer some sort of visual upgrades from voting/donating, but I don't want voters/donators to have unfair in game advantages... Items that are easily obtainable in game may also fall under the list of items to be given away, but only if they won't effect the in game economy...
