What difference between vip and normal members?

They get a few benefits like.

- Unique username color.
- Signature ( if I remember correctly )
- Remove all ads ( Currently under fix due to some errors after we changed skin )
- Lower / No flood time ( how long you have to wait between each post )
- Ability to ask for a Username change 1 per VIP

Pretty much almost the same things as Donator rank only that this is through work and not donation + It's often shorter period than Donator rank.

I may have forgotten a few things but it should be something like that.
