Entertainment script.

I was kinda bored, and thinking of scripting something when I came up with this idea. Its actually a pretty funny script.

You type #cast spellid. And one npc will cast that spell on the other npc.
I made a spam filter on it, so players cannot just spam a spell that casts. You can also see that in the movie. Also you cannot use the command when you are farder away then 50 yards.
I thought it was a pretty funny for players, that they can make the npc cast spells on another npc.

Instructions: You have to define 2 ids in the scripts. One spellcaster and one target, which the spells get casted on. You have to place both npc somewhere like in the movie. Dont place them to far away from each other else maybe some spells cannot be caster because the target is out of range.
