Megaupload by FBI out of the air
MEDIA in an international action against one of the largest world filehosters, Megaupload, is a 29-year-old Dutchman detained in New Zealand by the FBI. Megaupload is off the air.
Update 00.10 hrs: Hacker Group Anonymous takes revenge for the approach of Megaupload United sites of public Web sites.
Megaupload provides free, or against small compensation, stables of large files (including movies), which others can view. Seven employees be prosecuted for copyright infringement. Of the seven, there are four arrested in New Zealand, including the 29-year-old Bram van der k., on the internet known under the name ' Bramos ', and Megaupload-founder Kim Dotcom. The other suspects are still wanted.
In addition to Van der k. and Dotcom, that both passports of Hong Kong and New Zealand, three Germans, a Est and a Slovak indicted. Van der k. would the programmer of the website.
Megaupload was in december already embroiled in a lawsuit with Universal Music Group (UMG) about the promo video below. This was at the request of UMG removed from YouTube because this would infringe the copyright of the record company.

Hacker Group Anonymous has, among other things, the sites of the u.s. Department of Justice and that of record company Universal, attacked from the air from retribution for extracting MegaUpload earlier tonight.
the site around the French Government Organization that regulates internet access and online copyright in France, is also from the air. Copyright.gov also is largely offline. FBI.gov does it occasionally has yet, but the hard to endure.
