Thread: Gta Iv

So ive been thinking of playing gta 5. Sadly for me i don't own no game systems. So would be forced to get it for pc.

Now so many people are telling me "It will only run on alienware pc's"

I think that is a lie.Why would a company make a game even with high graphics only run one a pc that is 1,000 or more dollars and not everyone can afford.

So i ran a test at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I meet all the min requirements except cpu.

If i was to find a torrent for Gta iv, patch it all the way up and run it on low graphics, Do you think i could run it without lag issues.

Say 20-30 fps

Ive also noticed it seems like it only notices one processor when i have 2.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to run the game, and company's really don't make games for a specific system like PC's they do for PS3's and Xbox etc but for PC all games should work no matter what brand you use such as Dell, Alien, Mac, etc.

No, but alienware is more high tech and a gamers computer which is why they cost so much.

Well you don't have to have a alienware computer that I can atleast confirm. I ran it on my computer some time ago with medium settings and worked fine and back then my computer wasn't anything special. But your CPU may be a little weak if you have pentium 4. Would recommend atleast duo core. But you could try.

Guess it's worth to try the game and see how it goes then :)

If you get it from like a torrent (Free) doesn't hurt to try.
