Using any repack?
and did you change anything then it didnt work.
or did you try to use something new repack ( who you never used before ) or updated your core or so?

go to your db provider to check for updates.
Most of them run a SVN so you can get their SVN and then download the update through that and then apply that to your server's db.
if you on other hand use a repack then either you have to go to the repack creator and ask him to fix it. or you can check out which db they use in the repack and do the above.
