Ported website from Computerwiz656

This is a ported website for arcemu. It is WOTLK compatible.

To install, uplad to your server (be sure that GD is enabled) and go to your url. Creating account work, for both TBC and WOTLK giving the right flags for both. You might need to chmod the inc/conf directory to allow writing and exicution.
Things left to DO:

Add multi db support
Fix gm levels
Fix Owner account selection on install
Fix auto login after account create
Fix armory

I've seen several of these 'blizz-like' websites. Though I wonder; will Blizzard sue me if I use that, even if I claim that the images and everything else are property of said company?
