With the upcoming launch of old Blood (patch 3.5), we introduced the World of Warcraft Master Edition, a replacement for the previously available free Standard. The Master Edition allows anyone to play with incresed EXP Rates. The Master Edition also opens up some new features that weren't available in a Standard accounts.

Players with the WoW Master Edition can now take on Racial RP Gear , which were previously unavailable with Standard accounts.
The two starting zones associated with these races are also available to people wishing to try out the game.
  • The gold limit has been raised to 2000000 gold to 3000000 Gold, allowing Master Edition players to purchase mounts when they reach the appropriate level.
  • level 80 - 85 Mobs will now drop 2 gold or more
  • level 80 - 85 and tiers 11 will now be based on cataclysm stats
  • Level 80 - 85 Dungeons and Raids will only have 10 man and no heroics
  • Players can now buy Emblem of Frost for 10g per piece
  • Tier 11 will be granted as quested reward once Emblem of Blood ammount has been Achived.
