Getting this error:

ALTER TABLE db_version CHANGE COLUMN required_z1385_s0842_01_mangos_mangos_string required_z1385_s0842_02_mangos_command bit

I have the latest Rev from WhyDB and Arcemu.

Well in my DB_version Table it says:

Db_name | Revison | Changeset | Game_Version | last_db_update_by

WhyDB | 152 | 103 | 3.3.5a | MesoX

So it is Arcemu. :P

is it possible to make changes to this to use for mangos?

This was made for an ArcEmu core, it isn't possible to change it, however... if you get a hold of the SQL files used to make these NPC's I am sure you can just make your own for MaNGOS.
