Okay from what I understand so far, it sounds like either the DB that came with the repack you are using could be out of date, or when the owner updated it it just didn't update successfully..

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Might have to figure out how to connect that repack with another DB or just install a different repack =\ [if you end up doing the last one, copy and paste your maps folder so you don't have to run the map extractor again.. will probably save you a little time]

@Nupper - Thanks for clarifying for him, I was a little unsure here (:

@ace88ca - This may not be the quickest way to go about this, but this is the only way I know how to do it for sure -
Go to my guide again, scroll down until you find the part where it says "For the Database" there is a screenshot just under it that's got a black cmd window with green text, follow the directions for that on the SVN checkout stuff and importing the DB, etc

Again, I'm sure there's a quicker/easier way to do that but that's the only way I know other than just finding a whole new repack lol
And it's all good - trust me I've asked several and no one's bitten my head off yet (: And that's how alot of people learn is by asking questions (:
